Hello👋🏼 (delete if not allowed), my name is Calista and I'm a quiet, respectful, happy renter, looking for a new place to call home.🛋 I'm flexible with move in date Feb 15th- Summer 2021 (keep reading for explanation on my dates) and am looking for a long term rental. 🌍Location... ideally within North Cowichan area: Ladysmith, Saltair, Chemainus; as this is where my office is located. 🏡I'm also open to rental type: lane home, carriage house, converted garage, townhouse, suite, apartment, roommate (in order of preference). 👕I also desire: in-unit laundry, a tub, parking and outdoor space. 💲Lastly, the price should reflect the rental type...my budget is $750-$1200 for a 1bdrm or $1500 for a 2bdrm (with option to move my business in). 🌟About me: I'm a 35 year old, single, petless, non smoking, non partying, working professional and I can afford the rent. I enjoy my alone time at home and take great pride in my rental suites. I keep a clean and tidy home. I enjoy the process of caring for and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and sacred space. Looking for somewhere that I can live quietly and receive that in return. 🙏🏼I'm a professional business owner, reiki master teacher for over 14 yrs, mentor and holistic massage practitioner. I currently operate two separate offices (one in cowichan and one in okanagan) and offer distance healing. I'm a commercial landlord and have previously been a co-landlord for a residential rental... I compassionately understand how to take excellent care of a rental unit and want you to be pleased with me as your tenant. I'm only moving because my landlord is planning on selling for spring/summer. I'm looking now incase my perfect place becomes available. I've got glowing references from landlords, employers and professional peers, upon request.
