$2,600 · Working professional looking for short or long term house

I am a working professional with a family and have fantastic references, which include references from my neighbors who own the surrounding properties and they will all tell you, you won't find anyone better. I'm willing to pay up to $2600 - $2800, but of course if it's lower I would appreciate it. I've always taken care of all yard maintenance, grass, gardens and all upkeep and my neighbors will all say I have one of the nicest yards in the area and you won't find anyone better to look after a house. At least 3 bedrooms or more would be great. I am looking for Salt Spring Island or from Chemainus to Maple Bay still close enough to catch the ferry. If you have something that is sitting empty and are either trying to sell it or you use it so infrequently it's empty most of the year, and you would consider renting it out even short term please send me an email. I would love to meet in person. I have 1 outdoor cat who is a hunter and keeps the place and property rodent free.
