The role Yeshi Dressing is looking for a part time working Team Leader for our production facility in Mill Bay. You will play a vital role in producing our products. This position is 6-8 hours per shift, 3-4 shifts per week. We are getting busier all the time. To be successful in this position, you should have: Strong communication skills. Have confidence in a Commercial Kitchen. Completing tasks while maintaining attention to detail Working 6-8 hours a day 3-4 days a week on a "semi-flexible" schedule (eg School Hours) Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Leadership experience is highly desirable. FoodSafe is an asset Daily Tasks: Being a working production leader Setting up production runs in a Commercial Kitchen environment. Working on an assembly line General tidying and cleaning Putting supplies away (lifting 25kg bags of Spices) Filling orders (online and local) Minimum Skills and Qualifications:= Physically able to lift, push and pull up to 25Kg. routinely Food Safe preferred.
