$1,600 · Wanted Long Term Rental for Respectful Tenants

We have been long term tenants in the same house for the last 5+ years. Unfortunately our landlord is selling and we are looking for a long term rental. I am a social worker and my mother is a retired teacher so we have a secured income. I have an adorable 10 year old chihuahua who is very well behaved and rarely left alone. We are both very quiet people who take care of our space. Non-smokers and we can provide references and a pet deposit if needed. We are hoping for a quiet unit, 2 bedrooms and preferable 2 bathrooms in Duncan or surrounding areas. Thanks in advance and we look forward to hearing from you.
