Looking to rent for June 1st. We are looking to rent one bedroom with an ensuite (toilet, shower, sink and closet). Our home is a three bedroom two bathroom home and it's just myself and my partner who live there right now. Our home is on ⅓ of an acre and the yard is fully fenced. We have a one year old German Shepherd who runs free in the yard when we are home and is either in his crate or at doggy day care when we are at work. Our home is situated right across from an elementary school and we live on a quiet cul-de-sac. We are located a fifteen minute walk to the lake and close to trails and Parks. Dogs and cats allowed and a dog would be part of our meet and greet if you are interested in the room. We are not 100% sure how are dog is around cats but we are open to try. No smoking in the house, Cigarettes/green can be smoked on the property but must be outside. If you are an individual looking for a place to live and you have a pet, this might be the place for you.
