$1,000 · WANTED: looking for 2/3 bedroom with ample space

Hello there. Im trying to move back to the cowichan valley or surrounding area from 18 years in Alberta. I'm a mature, 38yr old, professional, clean, responsible, employed, male. I will be working in Alberta and travelling to and from work on a 10/10 schedule, or on call as needed. I currently rent a 1500 sq ft main floor in Calgary that includes all utilities for $1,050.. I am looking for something similar. I know prices are overly inflated on the island these days, so I'm trying to see if there is anyone that would be willing to rent a decent sized place to a gentleman like myself for a reasonable price. I'm trying to appeal to those that understand the value of having a good tenant over just a paying risk. I have deep family ties within the valley and was raised there until I chose to follow a career in Alberta. I am a duel ticketed trades man and will be entering into my third apprenticeship. I work hard and take care of every place I live in like it were my own. I'm a handy man and truly take care of what any place may need. I know it's a long shot but you will be getting a quality tenant - so in the case I catch the eye of anyone that understands what I am offering from side and is looking to rent a space for a little added income, then please feel free to contact me. Preferably seeking a minimum of 2 bedrooms with a decent sized living space. There is a chance I may have a long term, responsible friend of mine also looking for a place, so if there may be a 3 bedroom available for a little more it could be of interest as a dual rental as well.
