Hello everybody. My boyfriend and I are looking for a place to rent in Duncan. Bachelor, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom. Doesnt matter at this point as we have been searching for months! We both have a full time job, references and we both have taken a ready to rent course. My boyfriend does smoke but prefers to smoke outside anyways so his smoking won't be a problem to anyone. Our budget is about $1200 if utilities are included. If utilities are not included then our budget is about $900-$950. We need a place for December 1st or January 1st at the latest! TIA!
