Looking for a two to three bedroom to rent for July, August, September or October 1. Which ever of those months are ok with us to start tenancy :). Must be child and pet friendly and understand kids and animals make noise sometimes. We're excellent tenants with great references. My husband is employed full-time and I'm currently in college and work part-time from home. Our eldest son is in school and youngest in preschool a few days a week. We're looking for a place that has a yard. Somewhere where we can have a garden and play with our kiddos and pets outside. We like to grow our own food and I think that's so important to teach our kids how to do that. We also love a beautiful garden with lots of flowers. Our fur babies are well behaved and fully potty trained. Expect lots of kisses if you visit Haha. We want a landlord that is laid back like us. Someone who would enjoy getting to know us personally and maybe become friends. We're probably some of the nicest people out there. If you need help with fixing something my husband is very handy and loves to help others. We're ok with anywhere on the island really even ok with Saltspring island. We dont mind if we have to commute. We'd prefer up island in the countryside though. We can provide work, past landlord and personal references including references for our fur babies.
