$1,200 · WANTED: Suite in Cobble Hill, Mill Bay or Shawnigan

We are a young married couple currently living and working in Victoria. We are quiet and responsible, non-smoking, no parties people. We have a single small caged pet, which makes zero noise. Our ideal place would be a ground level suite with 1-2 bedrooms, in suite (shared is ok) laundry and full size appliances. Parking for 2 vehicles is a requirement. We are looking to adopt a cat in the future and so flexibility on that would be nice. We are not looking for furnished or temporary rentals, long term unfurnished only. We will reply quickly to any serious offer.
