Calling out to our next Lady or Lord of the Land, The house we have been renting has sold and thus the time has come for us to leave our humble abode and find a new place to call home by October 31st or sooner. We are a small family of 3 with a medium sized, friendly and well- behaved dog, Lupin. My partner Shawn and I (Heather) both have stable incomes and come with excellent references. Our son, Hurin is a smart and loving 8 year old currently in grade 3. We are kind, respectful and live a holistic, creative and down to earth lifestyle and would take care of your home as if it were our own. Our ideal space is a 2+ bedroom private home, cottage or cabin anywhere in the Cowichan Valley (preferably the Mill Bay/Cobble Hill/Shawnigan area) - immersed in nature with outdoor space to garden and play with rent between $1500-$1900.
