$123,456 · WANTED: STOP! Before you Renovate!

Save yourself money! We have a unique need of a small house or trailer (up to 1600 sq ft) pre-1975 on a large property. A one to three bedroom, one floor home, without recent renovations is needed due to my allergies of new building materials. We need at least .75 of an acre, as I can not breath smoke, dryer sheets, perfumes etc. of anyone living nearby. Anyone thinking of wanting to sell their old home but think they must do renovations to sell, please stop and email us first and save yourselves money and see if your home is suitable to us as is. Quiet areas are best, away from highway exhausts as well. We have a large beautiful home on 1.4 acres at present that we need to downsize from due to health issues.
