We're a quiet couple in our early 40's relocating from the Sunshine Coast. My partner is a Veterinarian who has taken a job locally and I'm a graphic designer who's headed back to school for counselling in 2021.

We both work full-time (I work from home) and are thoughtful tenants with excellent references. We do have a 13 year old cat who is quiet, indoor-only and very shy, so must be cat friendly.

When not working we're out walking, hiking and generally being in nature. I'm a hobby photographer and new gardener and my partner is an avid fly fisherman and we both enjoy a slower paced lifestyle.

We're looking for a house anywhere in the Cowichan Valley for March 1st. Ideally we'd love to find a house or cottage surrounded by nature in Cobble Hill, Cowichan Bay, Mill Bay or Shawnigan but if you have something outside of those areas please reach out!

We're open to condos, townhomes or duplexes that allow for some level of privacy and quiet. We'd like to pay between $2000-2200 but can go to $2400 for the perfect fit. No basement suites please.

We may also be interested in a short term rental starting March 1st, for a month or two, in case we need more time to look.
