Cowichan Therapeutic Riding Association is seeking two part time barn staff for approximately 10-15 hours per week. Shifts may vary and do include some weekends and holidays, but ideally we are looking for coverage Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays starting in the morning. The successful applicants must: - show competence in handling, feeding, grooming, tacking up horses and mucking stalls -be able to work in a very fast paced environment -be physically fit to perform required tasks -be able to work both independently without supervision and in a team setting. This job requires exceptional social skills for interacting with our many valuable volunteers as well as our diverse therapeutic clients.
