Good Day Prospective Landlords We are a family of 3 consisting of myself, my husband and my 15 yr old daughter. We have no pets, we don't smoke, we don't party, we have 5 years of excellent rental history with references. My husband works 40+ hrs a weeks at a great job in construction. I work from home as a bookkeeper (I am also a retired Hotel Manager and Chambermaid) I am also permanently disabled (not wheelchair access) We have good credit and 4 sources of income. My daughter is very well behaved and is in school full time. We have zero drama and are exceptionally respectful to our neighbors. Our current home was just sold and we are to vacate Feb 28th 2019.
