WANTED: LAND TO LEASE

Hello! I am an Organic Farmer looking for year round land to lease to start an Organic Farm Garden. The garden itself would be no larger than 1/4 acre. The ideal place would be dog and kid friendly, have adequate, clean water available, topsoil (not clay!) and be out of close proximity of cell phone towers and high frequency power lines. A small cabin to live in would be amazing as well but if not, I do have my own trailer to live in. In terms of an exchange a small monetary exchange, work trade, a weekly box of food or all three of these things in combination are what I'd be able to exchange.
