$1,234 · WANTED: Farm and Home to Rent/Lease/Buy

Hello community! I'm looking for a house to rent on or with a space to grow culinary herbs for sale and use to make tinctures/teas/etc. I would like a space to live and ideally either a house of any size to have very close friend/partner/family come live and help grow, or a small affordable cabin on the land. As a last resort, I could possibly find a tiny home or yurt to bring to the right situation. I have a decade of experience facilitating collective houses, businesses, property management, and group mediation. Drama is the last thing we will find in working together. I currently run a studio in town; I can provide links and references to anyone who writes with interest. My needs are simple in a clear and value-based agreement on how to work together, space to live, space to grow, space to harvest and process plants (minimal to medium size). Optional bonuses are additional living spaces on the land where we could have students come learn about permaculture and growing culinary herbs, to run workshops and retreats, to create a full functioning herbal farm of any size or scale. I have experience facilitating groups from 2 to 100 people, so the size and scale really depends on what you (the land owner/steward), would like to see. I'm very flexible and good at meeting needs of those around me. I believe in the values of kindness, respect, generosity, love, curiosity, integrity, courage, and collaboration. I really work to live without expectation, but with big hope and space to grow. I feel I've been training and working my entire life to get to this place... and although I have a sizable down payment, the right land to buy has not yet presented itself.
