WANTED: 3-4 bedroom to upgrade or repair

We are NOT your typical tenants, we upgrade and repair instead of add wear and tear. My family is non smoking, non alcoholic, we do not party or do illegal drugs. We are good at gardening, yard work, tree removal, painting, repairs, fence building, minor drywall repair, minor repairs in general. The father of the family is a certified faller and can remove any trees on property you own for a rent reduction. All fair negotiations welcome. Long term only please & the MAX we can pay for rent is $1300 a month, the less we pay in rent the more renovations or upgrades we can do. SERIOUS ENQUIRES ONLY PLEASE & THANK YOU.
