Hello! My name is Desirée. My husband Adam, son and I are actively searching for a rental in the Cowichan Valley area. (We know, slim pickings! We sympathize with all of you in the same boat.) We have been homeowners for many years. We have rented in the past and we are ready to put a deposit down and sign up to a 1 year lease. We are friendly, quiet, and hard working people. We don't smoke, party or do any kind of drugs. We have always been reliable with payments and maintain steady income. As a previous landlord, I can understand the anxiety in renting out your home to strangers, but we want to reassure you that we are very reliable and trustworthy and we have excellent references! We have two very well behaved, house trained dogs. One is a small Bichon Shihtzu, she is 12 and sleeps a lot. The other is medium sized and very sweet natured.
