$180,000 · WANTED: 1.5 ACRES of land - for my dream!

The only way I can do this is to pay you the price of the land in chunks. With the help of a legally backed contract, I propose the following (using $180,000 as a template): 1 initial payment of $30,000 Followed by monthly payments of $1,000, increasing to $1,200. I plan to pay off the remaining $150,000 in less than 10 years. My circumstances are very specific, as I need land to make my income, yet I don't have a lot of money to spend initially because I lack the land.... I plan to build and sell yurts, of which I need to build a small barn to prepare the parts and store tools. I would be living on the land either in a caravan or yurt at the very beginning. I would like to eventually build a small, permanent but humble dwelling on the land. As well as an income from yurts, I am already a Children's book illustrator, graphic designer and self employed gardener. I also make and sell hand made cosmetics using raw ingredients. I am a very reliable, hard working person. It has always been my dream to have land and keep animals, have a place to grow my own food and enjoy the changing seasons. I have been growing my own food (in small gardens) since I could walk! I am 31 years old, industrious, relentless and a wildlife fanatic. I am not a 'party go-er', I do not smoke. I am very environment conscious, I do not use chemicals in my washes and I am an avid recycler. I am happy to form a mutual relationship based purely on the contract agreement - that is not social, but I am also very interested in the idea of being sociable - as I am naturally a very 'neighbourly' person. If I fail to meet the terms of the contract, I would happily agree to have you boot me off your land and have my money refunded to me. I know what I am proposing is mad and very unconventional, but it is all I have. I dont have rich parents, I dont get free money from the government, and I dont intend on robbing a bank any time soon... Please give me a chance to prove myself and you will not regret it.
