$2,000 · WANTED: house or town house rental

Me and my son are looking for house or town house to rent in Duncan or surrounding areas We really need help finding something as we have to be out of the place we are currently at by the end of February as it sold to new owners. I own and operate my own business that does quite well. We have one small cat, 2 vehicles and great references. $1400 (3 bedroom town house) or around $2000 for a bigger house with shop space is our budget. Excellent respectful and highly motivated tenants. Hate asking for help as I can usually do everything myself but really need a Christmas miracle here soon. Thanks in advance
