WANTED: Commercial Building for Small Restaurant

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, our family would like to open a restaurant in the Cowichan Valley. We have lived in Victoria and worked in the Cowichan Valley our entire lives. We live here, work here and farm here. We are looking for an old commercial stand-alone building, no strata, a private sale perhaps, and would move toward a quick possession for the right location.
