Restaurant Information: Established more than 20 years ago and located in the heart of downtown Duncan, British Columbia, Nha Trang offers a variety of Japanese and Vietnamese food items, including a wide selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Job Duties: Nha Trang is looking for one or more experienced cooks to perform the following job duties:  Prepare and cook Vietnamese food items, such as pho, bun rieu, bun bo hue, banh canh, pancakes, spring rolls and grilled sausage  Comply with guidelines and standard operating procedures  Ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and  Train and supervise kitchen helpers Required Skills and Experience:  At least one (1) year of experience working as a Vietnamese cook in a commercial dining establishment  Ability to work efficiently, multi-task and perform well under pressure; and  Completion of secondary school.
