Hey everyone, Our suite will be coming up for rent as of February 15th. Here are some details: Location: Shawnigan Beach Estates On a quiet cul-de-sac Backs onto a green belt and Shawnigan Athletic Park-playground/field/basketball court. The space: two bedroom, one bathroom, basement suite/ground level suite. Landlords: we are in our "young" thirties and have two small children and a one year old pup. We are very friendly, energetic and easy going. We will be occupying the upper floors of the home. This rental comes equipped with a new LG fridge, stove range and (shared) washer and dryer. New floors, doors, kitchen cabinets, paint and bathroom   vanity. This home and location will appeal to those that love the trails and outdoors. Quick drive to Langford or Victoria. Family friendly and pet friendly. Side note, we are still finishing up the suite, hence the construction equipment and lack of cupboards in the kitchen.
