Available immediately. SHARED ACCOMIDATION, Unfurnished studio cabin with access to shared kitchen &bathroom in a 3 bedroom home and a tiny house addition off the deck beside the studio. This lovely home is in the heart of Millbay, 45 min north of Victoria and 12 min south of Duncan on 2 acres. The studio cabin is 10 x 10 with a 2nd room for use as a hang out room in addition to the rest of the house. The 'tiny house' is set up as a 'utility room' for the tenants which includes a far infrared sauna. There is an option to rent a room in the house for $750 and use the studio as another private room for say an artsist or perhaps you have a home based business. This studio adjoins a massive deck that will soon have a gazebo, hot tub and cold shower as well for hydro therapy. There is an outdoor oasis with almost 2 acres in the back yard that includes raised garden beds, a large greenhouse is being erected and a huge fire pit for star gazing and hang outs. The shard kitchen is right there steps from the studio. There is also a composting toilet close by. The house has just been renovated with brand new appliances, floors and paint. There is a chicken coupe (not in use) in case you are inspired to tend to that. There is a 2 car garage and basement storage. We are open to a couple renting this space for $100 extra. Utilities addition charge and shared between roommates but there is a wood stove so hydro is low. There is a washer and dryer/laundry room. I am looking for someone, male or female that is respectful, Environmentally friendly, healthy and wants to root down to care for the land and grow roots here in the Cowichan Valley.
