Space to park your tiny home/trailer for trade?!

We are a family of five (3 kids: 8,5&18 months) seeking the perfect person to create an ideal situation for both parties - we are hoping to find someone who is amazing with kids, enjoys being with children, enjoys being outside and adventurous that is looking for a place to park their tiny home or trailer in trade of helping out. Us: homeschooling, eco friendly, vegan family, homebodies but love being outdoors, avid gardeners, clean, quiet, easy going! What we're looking for: a very clean, quiet single person (part time student, retired person, part time working professional?), NON smoking, no partying, no drinking/drugs that would be into helping out with our kids and possibly some housework/yard maintenance. [Details to be fine tuned with the right tenant.] - As a vegan family, finding someone who is vegan/vegetarian or at least willing to not cook animal products on our property is a big big plus! We are okay with pets as long as they are 100% okay around children and other animals and do not bark constantly. We are located in Skutz Falls (between duncan and lake cowichan) on 5 acres, most of our property is surrounded by big beautiful trees, very private. Tenant would have a parking pad ideal for an approximately 24ft trailer or tiny house on a cleared, compacted sand spot - surrounded by trees, with space for outdoor storage. Possible garden space also. Electric and water hook up available. NO septic. (May have some options for solutions but composting toilet would be most ideal.) Wifi on the property available but may be a little patchy. (Tenant could set up their own extender if needed.) Cost dependent on willingness and availability to help out. Ideally if we could find someone who works really well, we would trade the rental space completely for the help! :) -Month to month to start with the possibility of long term if things work out!
