Recently retired former Cowichan valley acreage owning married couple (both in our late 50's) with small adult dog seeking quiet property in the Ladysmith - Mill bay corridor. Non smokers, no children, no parties. Solid local refs, No debt and financially secure with 840+ credit. We have built, we have owned and we have renovated several homes but now that we are mostly retired, we prefer the simplicity and freedom of renting. We will treat your property with pride of ownership and respect. If it needs TLC (Time Labour & Cash) we can work on improving it as well. We require minimum 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and a garage. Preferably no stairs but it's not a deal breaker. Ideally 1000-1500 sq ft larger is ok, smaller isn't.
