Self Defence Classes

We are happy to announce that IDF Krav Maga School has 2 new locations on Vancouver Island. Weekly Group Class in Nanaimo will be held in Nanaimo Aquatic centre, Every Thursday 19:30 - 21:00 (7:30pm - 9:00pm). Weekly Group Class in Cedar will be held at the Heritage center on 1644 MacMillan Rd. Every Monday 18:00 - 19:30 (6pm - 7:30pm). IDF Krav Maga Students are welcome and can attend both locations for Group Classes. Join us TODAY and learn how to defend yourself and others. Learn the most efficient Self Defence System in the world. The group training is mixed female and male, different ages, strengths, heights, etc. Training is indoor and outdoor, preparing you for realistic threatening situations. No previous experience needed and all fitness levels are welcome! For class cohesion and best student experience, we do not offer a per class rate. We DON'T Allow Drop-ins, Nor Spectators.
