Seeking studio partner

Hello everyone! My name is Lana, and I'm an artist in the cowichan valley looking for another artist of any kind to create a work space with me ! I'm thinking of creating a space for a smaller group of serious artists to collaborate on a setting that accommodates proper ventilation and has enough space (equal to a bachelor studio) for at least 3-4 workers.
