Seeking a house with 3-4 bedrooms, and 2 baths. We are a couple in our 40's, with a 9 year old son. We also care for my 76 year old mom, who lives with us (currently in an in-law suite beneath us) My mom has COPD, poor mobility, and is going increasingly blind. So, we need a house that has an accessible bedroom and bathroom at ground level for her, she cannot manage stairs. Ideally she would have a den or similar on the same level to serve as a living space for her (I do all her cooking for her, so she does not need to be able to access the kitchen, so the living areas/kitchen could be on an other floor). And lastly as I'm an avid gardener, an outdoor space would be amazing! Our budget is $2000.   We reside in Sidney, but are open to relocate. We have been at our current rental for five years, and four years at the house before. We are looking for a longterm rental to call home. The only reason we are moving because the owners son is taking possession of the house we presently rent. We have a flawless rental payment history. We are a low maintenance, quiet, family who takes pride in wherever we live.   I know our requirements are high with my moms needs. But if anyone might have something suitable please contact me.
