SEEKING ACCOMMODATION (short or long term)

Responsible & respectful couple looking for a place to call home ASAP. The place we have been renting for 5+ years has sold and we are looking for a new place for January 1. Sooner is an option too but we must be out by February 1. We are a mature, pet-less, child-less couple with full time employment. We respect our home and treat our rentals like our own. We are open to different rental possibilities - sublet or short term, house or farm sitting. Location in and around the Cowichan Valley (Shawnigan Lake - Ladysmith) preferred.
