$300 · Roommate to share house

1050 sq ft townhouse with 3bed,large fenced yard, garden beds, greenhouse, hot tub and shed and storage area. I'm not sure I will be able to explain myself well so if you have questions email or call. Are you a carpenter or can you do renovations? Are you splitting up, can't find affordable housing or are looking for a way to save some money for a down payment etc?? This offer might be an option with 15 hours of labor and $300 a month including utilities, laundry, one parking space, internet, Netflix, access to tv and computer in the living room and in exchange for low rent help with renovation of bathrooms, replacing flooring and some other handy repairs. I'm recovering from a workplace injury and have developed ptsd. I'm 50 , female, with 3 cats and small dog. I'm trying to find a creative way to improve my home with needed renovations, have another human around (without personal commitment) and be a good human by helping someone who also needs something. I prefer no cigarette smoke inside the house, but I use cannabis. I'm at my pet limit so I'm sorry but you cannot bring a pet. I love animals and wish I could have more but it isn't an option. If you get drunk on a regular basis this isn't an option for you to look into. I'm not going to tie a roommate down by a lease but if a project is in the works it must be completed before you move on. This could really work for both of us.
