$700 · Roommate needed

I am looking for a reliable, clean, respectful roommate to rent a room in my house. Beautiful place with new flooring, new paint, new appliances. Big back yard for summer BBQ's. The house is fully furnished other than your bedroom with very nice furnishing. No serious drugs, smoking outside only. Alcohol is fine. $700 includes hydro, cable and internet, and natural gas costs. Shared laundry, shared kitchen/living. I am a 35 year old male that has shared custody of my kids so they'll be here part time. I own the house. I have a small chihuahua and a cat however would prefer no more animals.
