I have a room or two for rent in a 3 bedroom rancher that is centrally located in Duncan. There is a shared bathroom, laundry facilities, Internet, and a huge fenced yard. If you enjoy yard work and gardening that would be great! Close to the Library/Aquatic Center/Arena, Clements Center. Right next to a park that has community gardens. Bus stop is right out front. Close to VIU. I have a dog and two cats, all friendly and loving. If you are working, or a student,responsible, respectful, clean and friendly then please reply and tell me about yourself.
