Room for rent in 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs suite. Located in Crofton, ocean view, close to the boardwalk, and right beside a bus stop. Rent includes utilities/wifi/cable. In suite laundry, large deck, fenced yard, off street parking. There is a huge kitchen, large open concept dining room/living room with ocean views, and a sunroom (currently set up as a second living room). There is also a garage for extra storage. Suite is shared with two sisters (20's and 30's). We both work shift work, and do not party, smoke, or have pets. We currently have a roommate, who will be living here until Feb 1st. Pets considered with a pet deposit, but there are two dogs and a cat in the suite downstairs, so must be compatible with other animals.
