Retired Woman Looking for Roommate

I am posting this for my tenant as she is not tech savvy. She has been renting from us for 9 years and has been an excellent tenant but we are a growing family and need the space now. She always pays her rent on time, she is quiet and an overall great human =). Her add below: I am looking for someone to find and share an affordable space. I own 2 well behaved cats, do not smoke or drink (neither do the cats) and prefer the same. Gender is not important. I would prefer south of Duncan but am open to other possibilities. I spend a lot of time at home being that I am retired. I have a great sense of humour, reasonably clean, enjoy reading and music. Would consider getting together with a single parent.
