ROOMMATE | UPSTAIRS BEDROOM | SHARED HOUSE There are 2 of us in the house with 2 dogs and a cat. Looking for a third human. We are right downtown near Thriftys and the University. The room is furnished with the basics. Utilities + wifi included. ANIMALS Must be ok with animals. Pet ok but they must be approved by the other 2 dogs and cat and humans. Cats must be flexible with having outdoor access unfortunately as there is a dog door in place. WORKING Please working peeps/mature students only. PEOPLE We are all quiet, fairly introverted, love gardening, netflix and the outdoors. Both work fulltime. No smokers and no hard drug use allowed. A casual beer or off property puff however, no issues. NOTES No children, no couples, or people with disabilities, as there are steep stairs leading up to bedrooms and house is small with only 1 bathroom. Available Dec 1st.
