1 Room for rent in *upstairs* of house with common area of kitchen, bathroom and garden. Forested yard, you would hardly know you are right downtown. Bus and shopping nearby. Street parking. Pets negotiable as they would have to get along with two dogs and a cat. Absolutely no smoking or drunks. Currently there are two of us living here, we are looking for a quiet, clean, chill roommate, preferably female in their mid 20s-40s who loves dogs, cats, cooking, gardening, nature and works or goes to school full time. PLEASE READ --We do like a good beer in the backyard and a good social life but no parties or big groups of friends over unless we all agree to it. --This is a smaller house and the room is upstairs, so please do not apply if you are a couple or have a child. --If you are under 20 please do not bother applying as you will not be considered.
