$850 · LANDLORD - TRUST ONE MORE TIME!

As a Tenant with some disabilities, but still mobile, I need a place with NO STAIRS. I do NOT drink, smoke, do drugs, have parties and/or people overnight. I do not have any pets. I DO have excellent references. Due to the nature of my disabilities I must have in-suite laundry & a dishwasher. A basement suite is fine. Must be in Duncan. I am a single 67 yr old female on fixed income. I was a Police Officer several years ago. I am very honest, responsible & respectful of your property. I am not looking for a room-mate situation. At this point I can not pay more than $850pm & hopefully no increases unless my pensions increase. I want to be a very long term Tenant. I have been in Duncan since the end of Sep 2012. I am now going through my 3rd Landlord that is selling. This time I want to be in a place for a long, long term and not have to worry about this again.
