Personal Care Worker

My 73 yr old father with Parkinsons and episodic dementia requires 24hr care in the family home. We are looking to fill a vacancy in the team of care workers. Evening shifts require supervision, companionship and support with bedtime routines. Dad was always a kind and intelligent man, who now struggles with being coherent and kind at times. Job description - $17/hr to start - 10-15hrs/wk - 3 or 4 evenings between 7pm and 11pm. Flexible days of week. Possible afternoon shifts available. - Evening shifts require supervision and support with bedtime. When my father is "on" he is coherent and mobile. He likes playing cribbage, going for walks and watching tv. When he is "off" he will struggle with basic movements and coherence. He will switch on and off without much warning.
