Looking for someone who can subcontract deliveries. Loading and unloading grocery deliveries to homes and offices up and down the island. Average shifts 5-7hours. 3 days in the work week. Routes begin from 8:30 AM and can vary depending on the orders (usually about till 2PM +/-) Must have: a valid BC drivers license, experience driving full size vans, mapping and GPS skills cell phone with data for maps, textability for communication. inventory and accounting skills good people skills experience using pallet jacks, Must be: local to Cowichan area, able to lift and carry 50lbs (door to door, up/down stairs), reliable, professional, punctual and reliable enthusiastic, energetic, people person, teachable have a clear drivers abstract, no criminal record.
