A small business in health care is seeking an individual with: - ability to manage details accurately - physical ability to vacuum, lift equipment, etc. - talent in seeing order/systems for a multitude of parts - ability to drive self between sites (own vehicle & license) - clean Criminal Record Check as we deal with vulnerable youth - a reserved personality who does well quietly working in the background of what can be a busy work environment If you enjoy keeping your own spaces organized and clean, and hold yourself to a high standard of work performance you may be a good fit. Inquire to receive our organization's primary aim. This person will work a flexible casual schedule with a set # of hours/week (negotiable) supporting our team of therapists. The # of hours is negotiable depending on what the successful candidate is looking for. 8am start time some days is preferred. Three references required. This position is key to our operations. The specific outcomes we are looking for are: 1) keeping our file system up to date and 2) keeping our physical spaces appealing and user friendly. Responsibilities of the job include: - site cleaning & light maintenance (not repairs) - organizing supplies - filing (following alphabetical system and date order) May also include some reception (phone answering, email monitoring), depending what work hours are negotiated. This is an entry-level position but requires someone with a high degree of HONESTY and accountability to achieving prescribed outcomes every time. There is no room for error or sloppiness, and regular performance reviews will be conducted. We are a team who works with children with special needs, so a particular orientation/interest in our objectives is preferred.
