Bit of a unique situation here! One bedroom for rent in a two bedroom suite, however the tenants of the other room mainly live in Europe, and are only in Canada a few weeks of the year, so the suite would mainly be yours! This does mean all shared areas are currently unfurnished. The suite is 850 sq ft, has one bathroom with two sinks, and in suite washer and dryer. Rent is $700 with hydro and wifi included. Located near the hospital in Duncan. It is an upper suite so tenant has to be comfortable with stairs. It has a separate entrance and there is parking space for one vehicle. Looking for a tenant for June 1st, although date is flexible. No smoking and no pets. Looking for someone who is a good fit with the other tenants for when they are home the few weeks of the year.
