The Drain Camera shop is hiring: We are seeking a permanent part time Office Administrator. 6hrs day 5 days week. We are a well-established company located in Mill Bay BC. The position will include the following duties: - Invoicing and expense tracking - Preparing and emailing quotes - Shipping and receiving - Inventory management - Email marketing and contact management - Preparing receipts and files for bookkeeper and accountant - Represent the company in a professional manner on the phone, by email or in person with clients and suppliers - Social media posting - Misc. random tasks, errands, general assist on logistics and operations overall Required Skills: - Good computer skills. CRM skills a bonus - Professional written and verbal communication skills - The ability to switch fluidly between tasks as needed - A flexible, problem-solving and responsive mindset - Familiarity with, quickbooks, excel/google docs, mailchimp - Bondable - Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines - Ability to identify and manage priorities - Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly -Able to work well on your own, without supervision - Social Media marketing experience would be an asset - Efficiency in all work-related activities Please respond with a resume and cover letter that highlight your skills, experience, and attributes.
