Who we are: Exchangenergy is a Cowichan Valley based Sheet Metal Fabricator and Refrigeration Service HVAC dealer. We supply and install ductwork, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems for commercial application, and new residential construction and renovations. Who we are looking for: Exchangenergy is seeking a front office receptionist , office assistant . Duties will include directing calls to sales office and service department , assisting in scheduling sales and service calls, maintaining client files, including invoicing, and registration of equipment. Skills required: Excellent Verbal and written communication skills Exceptional Keyboarding skills Knowledge of Google Drive and Microsoft Office Knowledge of Jobber software an asset Time management and ability to prioritize tasks Preference will be given to those with an understanding of HVAC applications.
