Beautiful newly built suite Available Mar 1st. or March 15th We're looking for caring and conscientious tenants to care for our suite and be a pleasure to deal with. The suite has a large open concept kitchen / living room with bamboo counter tops, and a large island, 2 bedrooms, radiant floor heat in the bathroom and in-suite laundry. It's a 10 min walk from downtown on Miller Rd. No smokers and we prefer no pets, but would consider one small cat or dog for the right tenant the rent is $1300 + 40% of the Hydro We have a kind and lovely family as tenants upstairs and we're looking for tenants who are just as thoughtful and respectful for downstairs.
