I have lots of nettle on my land. You can do a lot of foods with them: soup, nettle like pesto which we use on pasta, biscuits. Here is a great link about harvesting with recipes: https://www.gettystewart.com/how-to-harvest-dry-freeze-use-stinging-nettle/ It is good to pick between now and early summer. It is a very healthy food rich in iron, vitamin a, b6, calcium, magnesium, with many claimed health benefits. Your are welcome to come to my place and pick some. A donation is desirable, or willing to trade for something, but if you can't afford it, I am happy to see it being used.
