$20 · Maintenance Person

Jack-of-all-trades wanted for home and yard. Indoor jobs include painting, light repairs, and general maintenance. Outdoors: painting, lawn mowing, eaves cleaning, car washing, light repairs, lawn renovation... This is an ongoing weekly position, approximately 1 day per week, but occasionally 2 if something big comes up (the lawn renovation). We are not looking for an employee, but an independent worker that will make their own hours and does not need supervision. Wage is $20/ hour.
