Good day, I am hoping to find a unfurnished detached rental with stove, fridge, washer/dryer or hook ups. I may also consider an above garage suite or a side by side. Moving date flexible. I am a retired veteran, female, mid fifty, very clean, tidy who value privacy, peace and quiet. I come with a very well trained, well behaved, friendly, gentle 11 years old female 70 lbs German shepherd, she is also a retired service/support dog. she is great with other dogs and she loves kids. She is a non barker and well under control in that matter unless she senses intrusion on the property which is great for security. I do not smoke, uses vapes and I am drug free also a non partier. We are in search of a quiet, safe and peaceful place anywhere in the Cowichan Valley and the area of Lake Cowichan with hopefully with access to a yard. Rent up to $1500. negotiable.
