Hi, I live in a 2-bedroom condo on a ground floor in downtown Duncan and I have a master bedroom to offer. I am interested in welcoming a homestay or international student into the condo to stay. Flexible with the length of stay from 1 - 6 months or longer. The renter would get - 1 Large Bedroom Furnished with walk in closet. All included (covers Heat, Water, Electricity, High-Speed Internet, and lots of parking). Close to downtown and bus route, near the aquatic center, VIU, bus stop, and other amenities. 6 appliances including in-suite washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove. House is clean, non-smoking. About yourself: I am looking for a quiet, mature, single working person or student. About myself: I am in my late 20's, mature, professional male that respects boundaries but is relatable, reliable, and trustworthy. In addition, you will find me very clean, neat, respectful, thoughtful, kind-hearted and friendly.
