My partner and I are looking for a long term rental in the Cowichan Valley area, Shawnigan Lake to Duncan or somewhere in between! We are in our mid thirties, we're both responsible, mature and employed. He is an experienced carpenter and designer and I work as a resident manager of an apartment building and run a business from home. He has a four year old daughter who lives with us part time. We also have one very well trained and friendly Blue Heeler dog and one very old cat. We are looking for a home with 2 bedrooms and some kind of workshop/office space for my home business, (a garage would be ideal or possibly a third bedroom). Open to options! We both love being outdoors, some yard space would be great. If there is garden space we would be happy to make good use of it. We take pride in our home and would do the same in yours.
